I also use software Aurora communicator and PVoutput without any communication problems.
But I like 123Solar. Aurora from command line work fine. Is there any difference how the 123Solar use Aurora to get reading from inverter? other way I do not understand why aurora alone work fine but when 123Solar use the same aurora ,it failed with errors.
Aurora alone always work and never give me bad response or communication errors:

I told you, 123solar pool as much as it can. That's sort of a stress-test for the communication bus, hence you have more probabilities to get incomplete communications.
If you are suspecting a bug, try before to make a simple bash script that pool cyclically aurora and check the output..

I found the problem. Option -3 for 3phase system did not work. I chage from 3phase system to single phase on admin page. Now I have no communication errors in de.err, but still have communication error is Events on the web page, but I can not find the file from which Events reads those errors.

I found it :

root@pi1:/var/www/123solar/data/invt1/infos# more events.txt
08/09/2014 09:59:27 Communication error for #1

08/09/2014 09:59:19 Communication error for #1

where can I found some datails about this error?

You need to use the latest version of aurora (-3 option)
To get all details, enable debug then check 123solar/data/invt1/errors/

I use latest version. In help I can see the option -3.

This is very strange. I EVENT a I have Communicaion error, but in 123solar/data/invt1/errors/de.err
is not any error, always Complete and the end of file.

when I see this in the de.err file:

devLCKfile: </var/lock/LCK..virtS0>
devLCKfileNew: </var/lock/LCK..virtS0.24437>
Clearing Serial Port Lock (24437)... done.

it means that communication was OK, data requesteted was successfully send and CSV file shoud be created?

You have continuous errors or few errors once in a while ? In that case that's normal.
Leave it running for awhile, you should get files in /data/invt1/errors/.

In ENEVTs I have continuous errors, but in /data/invt1/errors/be.err I can not find any error, so I do not understand where the erros in ENETS are from.

That's de.err is correct. When you'll get com error you'll had timestamped deYmd-H:i:s.err files
