Aurora 1.8.6 + PVI-55.0

Post by FedeX17 » Fri Mar 14, 2014 7:56 pm

Hi,
i have installated on raspberry aurora 1.8.6 for comunication whitch 123solar, but it's not work.
I think that there are problem between Aurora 1.8.6 and Inverter Aurora PVI-55.0.
If i write aurora -a 17 -e /dev/ttyUSB0 -Y15 i read:
Transmission State: 51 Command: "Cumulated Energy" Command is not implemented

20140314-14:46:35: aurora: ERROR: Received bad return code (-1 78 6)
Or i write: aurora -Y 15 -a 17 -E /dev/ttyUSB0
i read
Transmission State: 52 Command: "Measure request to the DSP" Variable does not exist

20140314-15:16:46: aurora: ERROR: Received bad return code (-1 59 31)
Help-me,
Thanks

Hi,
I never saw this, you better get in touch with Curt, the author of aurora. Don't forget the -b option before report. ;)

Seem like your inverter don't have the -e option ;)
Mine have but show insane values anyway..

Sorry i mess-up, i thought about the -k option in aurora.
Any other options work (-d0) ? The communication is ok ? If so, you better contact Curt Blank, he know much more about P1 inverter than i

In your opinion, what's the problem? Firmware?
With the tools of Aurora him works perfectly, but they work for windows.

I really don't know.. But it seem like this guy is using a Power One Central 55 with 123solar. You might try to get in touch with him via Pvoutput "Send Message"
