Looks like outside works:

pi@rPi ~ $ curl -v http://www.123solar.org/
* About to connect() to http://www.123solar.org port 80 (#0)
* Trying 213.186.33.87...
* connected
* Connected to http://www.123solar.org (213.186.33.87) port 80 (#0)
> GET / HTTP/1.1
> User-Agent: curl/7.26.0
> Host: http://www.123solar.org
> Accept: */*

which curl returns:
pi@rPi ~ $ which curl
/usr/bin/curl

I don't want to take up your time if you don't have it. Worst case I will just have to start over again when I get a chance.

No worry.. I don't understand the error you get. :idea: Maybe try wget http://localhost/123solar/scripts/boot123s.php

OK, I've finally worked out why localhost is not working. My apache is set to use port 88 as port 80 is used by another service (I totally forgot).
So now if I try "/usr/bin/curl http://localhost:88/123solar/scripts/boot123s.php" then the logger starts.
The problem is that I edited 123solar.service to use localhost:88 as above but after a reboot the logger doesn't start. :(
What am I missing here?

pfew.. :roll: If it work from the command line, there is a problem either with systemd (systemctl status 123solar) or initd (/etc/rc.local)

systemctl status 123solar returns an error.
pi@rPi ~ $ sudo systemctl status 123solar
Failed to get D-Bus connection: No connection to service manager.

However I changed/etc/rc.local to use local:88 and after reboot it works! :lol:
Finally! What a pain. Sorry to for taking your time on a stupid mistake like this. Novice error I guess!

Do I need to worry about the systmctl error above?
