Re: Battery storage

No problem, just wondering :) I'm trying something myself, I just added an additional meter using eflow, basically just by adding the following part to the code: if ($argv[1] == 'whbatt') { // battery $val = $prevarray[$whbattmet] + $housep - $housec; if ($val > $WhBattery) //if battery is full, bat...

Re: Battery storage

Hi Jeanmarc, did you eventually write the script for battery monitoring?
I don't have a battery right now, but I was thinking to add such meter as a simulator, in order to understand if a battery would be worth the cost...

Thanks

Adding a self-consumption ratio meter

Hi, I'd like to add to Metern the info ralated to the self-consumption ratio. I was thinking to have it in dashboard, as a % for instant value, daily and total., but also to have it in graphs. So I guess it should be a new meter, to be added to the meter&sensor configuration. Is that correct? Fo...

Re: Peaks in power inputs when production sample is missing

Ok, while I start having a look to houseenergy, i made a quick fix: if ($prod_val_first <= $prod_val_last) { if (!is_null($prod_val_first) && !empty($prod_val_first) && $prod_val_first!=0) { $prod_val_last -= $prod_val_first; //debug if ($DEBUG_davide) { $log = '/var/www/metern/eflow...

Re: Peaks in power inputs when production sample is missing

123s write 123s_LIVEMEMORY and mN use pool123s to read it. Ok, here is what I discovered...peaks in graps are happens systematically if I stop 123solar. This way, 123s_LIVEMEMORY.json is not created, and the first IF clause in pooler123 if (file_exists($LIVEMEMORY)) goes directly to die("Abord...

Re: Peaks in power inputs when production sample is missing

No, mN just read data from your com. apps, it dosen't make any calculation. You don't use latest pool123s.php, i guess a value is empty or not numeric (maybe thought it's text). You could help your debug by outputting values in a file or with echo .. $log = 'mylog.txt'; $stamp = date('d/m/Y H:i:s')...

Re: Peaks in power inputs when production sample is missing

Ok, so metern uses pool123s.php (which is a comapp, right?) to get data from 123s JSON file, but then its metern.php writing data in metern csv files? Yup and eflow read mN's CSV to make calculation. I don't know why i write that crap around 5 years ago  So it's also metern.php making calculat...

Re: Peaks in power inputs when production sample is missing

123s get datas directly from your inverter and write 123s's CSV and JSON files in memory. mN get datas using various com apps. To read 123s there is pool123s.php that read 123s JSON file, simple as that :) It also mean that if you reboot your PC on night the 123s JSON dosen't exist. Ok, so metern u...

Re: Peaks in power inputs when production sample is missing

I don't understand your question, 123solar.php writre csv and 123s_LIVEMEMORY.json. You better not modify it, your com app should do the job to check values are correct like if they are empty or not. I mean, the flow should be: 123solar collects data from the inverter, 123solar.php writes the info ...

Re: Peaks in power inputs when production sample is missing

Yeah houseenergy should be adapted for your installation. I am sorry but i don't have time to work on that, i already have to find time reworking things into mN ;) Ok, I'll have to look into it... Just one question in order to understand better how the whole process works: which script/process is w...
