How can I read the live values of 123Solar and Metern files (mN_LIVEMEMORY.json and 123s_LIVEMEMORY.json) and publish them on the MQTT broker?

So it is normal to see every time that message with local access and HTTP authentication set to "not" .....
I expected to log in without authentication or messages ...
