Re: Synology NAS DS214se and 123solar 1.6.5.3.2

Hi Jean Marc, yes, giving the local command it starts properly. I think that rc.local is processed otherwise, without the chown the dongle does not work. Giving the command in the shell with debug mode, the contents of /data/invt1/errors is: aurora -b -a 2 -c -T -Y3 -l3 -d0 -e /dev/ttyUSB0 szttyDevi...

Re: Synology NAS DS214se and 123solar 1.6.5.3.2

Finally I got it!!!! there were 2 things to fix: - aurora was not visible to http user (thanks to test.php I made a 'echo $PATH' and discvered that the right path is /usr/bin) - i had to chmod 777 -R /var/lock, otherwise it was impossible to start the 485 interface. i made also chown http:http to /d...

Re: Synology NAS DS214se and 123solar 1.6.5.3.2

yes, but as you can see, the script from http does not return anything. I think the problem is linked to group http not able to access ttyUSB0 wich is root. I am still googling to find a way to have usermod. I am scared to mess with user and passwd files. what the errors in line 6,7,8, are? thanks lu
