W vs m³ or liter => Not good ;)
meterN is about quantities, i won't change my mind. Why make an exception for electric meters ? It query Wh, it show Wh. 123s view is not based on quantities, it's a different graph.

In a chart the right way to represent value (like Energy) is the figure below . Since the electrical power is the result of power for the time, what does it mean to have E in the Y axis and time on
the X ?

E(Wh) = W x time
Liter is capacity, not Liter x time

Your reasoning is correct but here, it's a different graph which show quantity over time. In 'readings' it's also quantities over years/months/days, the default index view have a scale of 24h, is that disturbing !
I agree it's really common to show the power for electrical, it's often because many applications/tools use clamps to measure amperage, hence power.. But, it's not precise and accurate, i want precise kWh, the things i pay for.
meterN is all about meters and it can be use by any meters. Takes the water example, you may wish : avg. litre/min on Y axis.. :?
