123solar 1.8

Post by jeanmarc » Mon Oct 22, 2018 12:53 pm

Hello,

123solar 1.8 is out

- Admin: Had to get ride of google maps to pick up location (Since the api is won't free of use anymore)
- Rework com. lost > restore
- Rework updater to allow faster archiving on slower system
- Various clean-up

Important notice for the update :
I have passed the site under https, the previous updater should be manually changed.
Edit admin/update.php change to :
$url = 'https://123solar.org/latest_version.php';
Also in updater.php change the line to :
$json = file_get_contents('https://123solar.org/latest_version.php');

Then go over /admin/update.php.

Changed the http to https and the auto-updater worked like a charme.

Little tiny notice: I guess you forget for mistake a "jeanmarc" style in the style combobox :D , isn't it?

Great job as always, thanks Jeanmarc.

ciao
Marco

Hi Jean-Marc, love 123solar, been using it for years on a pair of systems (Aurora Power One and SMA Sunny Boy inverters)
Added a third system but found no support for the JFY JSI inverter :(

I've written a spot point tool with a similar interface to SBFspot - I've had it running well for a week now so I've just released it on github https://github.com/Grahamauld/JFYspot

I've also added protocol files for 123solar 1.8.1, I was hoping you'd consider including support for jfyspot in your next release please?

I've put notes on the 123solar parts here https://github.com/Grahamauld/JFYspot/wiki

Its just the three protocol files plus a tweak to admin_invt.php to allow setting the port for the device.

Cheers
Graham

Hi,

123solar 1.8.2 is released

Bug : monthly email report
Bug : Put daily graph update/annotations
Bug : Readings set titles
Protocol: JFYspot and infinipoll10k
Moved Highcharts jquery jquery-ui JS libs away from code. The package is lightweight and you always use the HC latest version.

Bye
